Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:
The United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)
The United States, Norway, Australia, Honk Kong SAR, Japan, China, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the European Union (EU) at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:
United Kingdom: Standard Shipping (2-4 business days) & Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

International: Standard International Shipping (7-21 business days) – shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

 

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Free UK standard shipping is available for orders over £75.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@annajonesceramics.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
